5. Client Responsibilities

• legal rights to any content, images, trademarks, files, or materials you provide;

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, ownership of final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers after full payment has been received.

Skyroots Digital retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, processes, code libraries, concepts, know-how, and internal systems used to create or manage work. Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, stock media, software, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social media, proposals, or marketing materials.
